“We have something that nobody else has"- Jin N Shawdy.

The honor of being the first hiphop musicians in Denmark, which blends dubstep and Hip Hop in a violent cocktail goes to a group that consists of two very talented guys. They call themselves "Jin N Shawdy"

Jin N Shawdy sets for the first time their imprint on the national scene. With a nomination at the UMA for best underground Hip Hop group 2011, one begins to realize how their bizarre universe of ink smeared love and bombastic madness, have a powerful effect that really reflects in their musical creations.

Until now, Jin N Shawdy stuck to the local scene in Horsens, which is also their hometown. Jin N Shawdy has been warm up group for the Danish artists Jooks and Johnson.

Jeppe Wind (head of venue KulisseLageret) has said "These guys has what it takes. It's only a matter of time".

Despite the playful and free expression that comes straight from their wrinkled and crooked subconscious, you can also sense the natural experience behind the two guys. Jin N Shawdy have fought many tough years in the Danish underground scene to reach this point.

Jin N Shawdy have a goal to pursue - and regardless of anything - they'll achieve it.
